"We have been to PV many times but this was the first time at this resort. It is not a huge resort but just the right size and they had great shows at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming-especially Renee(greeted us right away) Fabian and Cristhian at Italian restaurant. Dalia lobby bar AMAZING and Alejandra at the pool bar by the adult pool. They were doing some renovations at the time but nothing to annoy you, only downfall was that a few bars and restaurants were not open due to this. We definitely would stay here again."

"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation. Also, the rules of the beach are not enforced whatsoever. Not once in the many days we were here did anyone stop customers from smoking or playing their personal bluetooth speakers all over the beach. Very annoying!"

"The staff were amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Always positive and eager to enhance our stay in any way possible. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were fast and efficient in cleaning our rooms. The pool staff and waiters were friendly, and worked very hard to meet every guest’s needs. We did not do the all inclusive so I cannot comment on the food. We ate in local restaurants and walked to Bucerias daily. Would definitely return to this hotel. "
