Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! This was very frustrating and inconvenient, considering this was the main reason for this booking. "

"Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!"

"The friendly staff is managed by the English-speaking morning desk attendant, who thoughtfully put this "old guy" into a ground floor room. He also obtained a cab to the airport for me at the end of my stay. I've stayed here twice, so I can attest the rooms are clean and everything in them (TV, toilet & sink spigots, overhead fan, AC/de-humidifier/ventilator & hot water shower) work just fine.
