My Fiance and I had a great time at this resort. Staff was wonderful. We loved the pool and gym and how easy it was to walk to close by shops and places to eat. The resort restaurant food options were great. We loved our ocean view!

Very enjoyable experience! My fave part was the ability to walk and walk for miles on the beach and observe the friendly, lively, local culture. Very nice staff, awesome location, great pool, and the food was good. The waves are pretty big and the tide comes in high but you can still swim comfortably. Overall, a great experience!

The food was excellent- fresh everyday. Service was ok in the dining room. We found our one girl and looked for her every morning. The dining area was clean except this Saturday morning. The floor was very dirty and tables too and we were there when they opened because we had an early flight. Coffee shop is nice. The rooms need a fridge! The hotel is new so the rooms are nice. Bed super comfortable. Shower head and water pressure amazing! Definitely not quiet mariachi bands on the water side morning till night, many of them. Would stay again.

I have Stayed at many all inclusive resorts, this was by far the smallest and most limited. The rooms were nice and very clean. Disappointed in the food and dining options. Two employees with great customer service were Pamela at the front desk and Carlos at the pool. They were the only two worth mentioning.

5 Stars!! My English speaking family of 9 stayed here this month and had the best vacation we have ever had. The staff at the Viaggio were exceptional. The ocean front view rooms were the best we've ever stayed at, no room with a bad view. The 3 pools (kids, family, adult) were right in between the hotel and the ocean (there is a nice stairway to the beach) We loved it here, would stay again, and would recommend it to anyone even though we almost want to keep it our little secret paradise.

We loved the property and the pool area. The food was pretty good. Need more options. The language barrier was hard at times as far as ordering drinks and coffee. But overall a great trip!

Extremely attentive and respectful service all around. Very clean and neat and modern. Family friendly but not overrun with kids either. Noisy with the bandas on the beach all day and evening (as expected) but surprisingly quiet at night after 11. Activity schedule was somewhat sporadic and inconsistent but activity directors were very nice and fun. Didn’t love the towel key policy but I understand it too. More hand towels and washcloths would also be nice. All in all, a fantastic stay and we would return again.

Viaggio was great, staff very attentive from start to end. We do not have children but if you do it’s a great choice if you do or not. Very family oriented as there is activities for all ages. Muy bonito lugar y conveniente para trasladarse y disfrutar de lo que es Mazatlan. Hasta pronto .
