"Every year my cousin's fly from Atlanta, we get together and celebrate our anniversaries. Theirs is on the 20th ours is on the 21st. This year we chose philadelphia. We chose the Sheraton hotel near the airport. We were so pleased with the location. We were so pleased with the hotel. We had a nice roomy rooms. The bed was so comfortable as well as a pillows. The girls at the front desk Lorraine and Leticia were very professional. They got us checked in and they made sure we had everything we needed. They took care of the situation with our parking and made sure we knew how to scan in and scan out. We were so happy with choosing the Sheraton and we would definitely stay there again. Even Pamela and Tony in the eatery area were very polite and helpful. We could not have asked for a better hotel. Thumbs up to the sheraton. And the next time we decide to come to Philly we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton."

The updates the bar are beautiful and it was such a treat to visit during the holiday season - the hotel was so festive. Great service, as always, and walkable from our show and from lunch/dinner. "The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
