The biggest inconvenience for us was that we had to call to get the shuttle and when you have an out of phone country that is not very easy. We ended up waiting over an hour to get a shuttle to the hotel. The pool is also outdoor which I don't think I knew before checking in. On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable.

It is not a bad hotel especially if you are staying only for a day or 2 but if you are the person to stay for a while I would rather find another hotel because this hotel is just nasty the floor was not clean and you have to contact them early for a cleaning. The tv is a non smart tv with just the basic channels like Ion. It would be better if they had premium cable like HBO or Cinemax or the tv was a smart one to watch YouTube or Disney plus, other streaming platforms, etc. Your better having your tablet or a book or a portable gaming console if you are going to be in the hotel room for a while. Staff is not bad just make sure you bring your key with you so you don't get harassed about not being a guest when you enter in or getting food from a delivery service because different employees come in in different days. Not a good place to be if you don't have your own car because there is only one restaurant and one gas station no pharmacy or 711/ Wawa around here. If you are here to explore Philly without a car its better to spend more money for a hotel near or in the city. Not the worst place I have stayed but not be best it is mid.

Service was poor. First, they gave us the wrong key so we had to go the wrong room with all our luggage. Then they gave us an unclean room. Finally, the third time they gave us a clean and correct room. Most importantly, the shared areas and hallways were stinky. The garbage smell was all over the place and was intolerable. Breakfast quality was not good. Everywhere on the bar was dirty and half of the devices like waffle maker, toaster, etc were broken and not fixed. I hope my comment help someone out there.

We arrived at 6pm and there were at least 8 other guests waiting and one person at the counter. The filters in the AC unit were dirty and probably never cleaned, there was a burned out light in the shower and we replaced it with a spare bulb from a lamp in the room that it's cord was cut. The room was very dark.
