"My husband is a patient at Sloan Kettering. The hotel is close to this facility. The woman who assisted us with our check in was extremely helpful and considerate. She checked us out the next day and was just as pleasant. I did not get her name but she was on duty Monday evening July 28 and Tuesday morning the 29th. The accessible room was well equipped for my husband to move freely. The shower was very well set up for someone who is disabled. We are returning next week."

"The hotel you can see they are in the middle of slowly renovating. Parts of our room had been completely redone - bathroom & some of the floor - and others were dated, awaiting replacement such as the headboards, furniture and decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast but we found a diner about 10 minutes away and was well worth the drive to Thomas's Ham & Eggery. Overall it is a nice place to stay, convenient to everything, and clean."
