"We could not have had a better stay. The hotel sent someone to pick us up at the airport, and he turned out to be one of the managers. From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The room was huge and well appointed, we felt right at home. The building is solid and very quiet. All the stuff that we encountered were super friendly. We were staying here prior to meeting up with a group of friends at another property so we were only here for two nights, but after experiencing this hotel, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Great location walkable to shopping and dining and Pub Street. "

The staff were super courteous, my family enjoyed both pools and the breakfast buffet spread with made to order espresso drinks deserves special mention. I also had the opportunity to have the excellent Khmer tasting menu at Kroya which I would highly recommend. Overall, this would be my go to hotel for future visits! "
