"Our driver Thann was an amazing guide during our tours of the temples of Angkor. The food is pricey but of good quality. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all beautiful with good ac. The gym area wasn’t ventilated which was the only area for improvement. Otherwise a great spot to stay in Siem Reap. "

"Very Central Location Unfortunately for this Hotel the Hard Rock Cafe moved across the river and plays LIVE LOUD Music until 11p also due to river location it has a lot of mosquitos; therefore, got to keep AC On to hibernate them. "

"Amazing 1 week stay starting with the transportation from the airport. Alice greeted us with enthusiasm that I had never experienced before. She answered all our questions quickly and accurately. The entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant servers were exceptionally helpful, even when we made multiple requests. The spa was outstanding. "A perfect place to stop when in Siem Reap. Completely different from the large, corporate, sterile hotels elsewhere in the town, this hotel and the staff make for feel welcome, and part of their family, from the moment you walk in the door. Food, service and staff are all excellent, friendly and they cannot do enough for you.
