"Location of the property was good for our stay, front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had the unfortunate experience of a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. Unfortunately it was at night so we didn’t want to call for help so had to put up with the noise and not use the bathroom all night. We did ask front desk staff to have it checked when we checked out. Hopefully it’s taken care of. Otherwise the rooms & breakfast area were okay. "

"We enjoy staying at Residence Inn hotels because they have a kitchen in the room. We don't like to go out all the time. This Residence Inn was right in the middle of the city - with tons of stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Also very close to Hyvee Arena where we needed to go for a dance competition. The room was comfortable and clean. It was also quiet, considering we were in the middle of the city. The only small issue was a persistent water puddle on the floor near the toilet -...

"I am not familiar with the area. When I checked in, the front desk did not tell me that parking needed to be paid when arriving or your vehicle can be towed. I thought there would be a ticket system where you paid when you left but that is NOT the case. "
