"I've stayed at various hotels in the Elko area on roadtrips over the years, but this is the first time I've stayed at Shutters. This place is a gem of a property, normal checkout time is noon, free breakfast served until 10am, real food cooked right in front of you, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and extremely friendly helpful staff. Hard to find a negative, wish the the coffee station in the lobby was 24 hrs and more options there."

"Another pleasant stay. Weird that there are no ice buckets, glad they had plastic bags for us though. Desk clerk was friendly. We will probably stay again, thank you."

"Linda at the front desk was amazing! very kind, thoughtful, friendly, accommodating and fast! Shilo Inn is out new spot to stay. Also, the location is great for food and shopping. All within walking distance. Oh! and I can't forget the bed and pillows were AMAZING. Best sleep I've had in awhile. "

"Check in great. Trey knew it would be a late check in. Older property and needs a little TLC especially in the bathroom but it was otherwise comfortable and pretty clean"

"Value, convenience, and a clean room. That's what you're getting here. It's clean, it's relatively quiet, your car's right outside. Some complained they could hear traffic and people outside, but that's the nature of a motel. Stay at a hotel if you want silence. It's nothing that will keep most people awake. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
