"Check in went very smooth. We came from the train station and found out that while it's not owned by Best Western, there is a shuttle that could be provided to bring you back to the train station. So that's what we opted to do. The staff provided all the contact to the shuttle service. Also, even though the continental breakfast doesn't officially start until six they had food there for us at 4:30 AM. Totally outstanding! Rooms were clean and orderly. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"I was amazed in that the computer and the printer actually worked...and they had paper in the unit. I travel ALL the time. Believe me!! This that I found at the HI was perfect. Also, the lady at the front desk(Cindy) was perfect. Very willing to help. "
