"I was impressed and surprised with how nice this hotel was! The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. The gym was a lot better than most hotels. It had free weights and a machine. The breakfast was amazing... eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Wow"

"Humongous property with amazing views and easy walk to so many attractions and restaurants! Not a veteran traveler but every aspect was user friendly and so many lovely small areas to enjoy. Views from pool area were fabulous as well as from Swizzle in our turning room! Room on 21st floor was spacious and well organized. Ample space in bath for 2 to get ready for the day. Would most definitely recommend this maze of a hotel!"

"The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I would say that I had is when I try to extend for one night the female in the front desk could not do so stating that it will be $190 just to extend for one night. Which made me check out and go check in at another hotel."
