Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). He was especially professional & went above and beyond for our group. Roger really sealed the deal on a wonderful experience at The Galt House & our group could not be more pleased!"

"The Westin was in a great location with connected parking & easy check in process. Bigger/better/lit signage directing to the check in desk would be helpful as it’s on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy, connected via elevator to the hotel. I had checked in online & received a text several hours before check in time that my room was ready. My room was a bit older and the bathtub faucet was a bit loose, other than that the facility was great and the staff were friendly....
