"Perfect place all around "

"We only came up for 1 night during the winter storm 2025. When Else were we going to see snow on FL beach? My only issue was the amount of ice around the front door. Like I get it we came up for snow but walkway should have been cleared for safety. On arrival check in staff was very friendly. It was cold out and we were very happy to arrive into a room of 72. View of the ocean was fabulous from the window. Room was very clean, hot shower, and a comfortable bed. Got what we wanted a snowman on a Fl beach! It was nice to be able to walk down the stairs and be right on the beach. I wish the hot tub had been operational. That would have been the chefs kiss! I can’t speak for anything else in the area as the only thing open at all was the Waffle House. "

"This hotel is my go to every where I go. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay, nice and clean. However, I am disappointed during this stay. Staff aren’t the best, I asked a receptionist lady if someone can clean my room and bring clean towels but it never get done.i was gone all day hoping when i come back the room at least semi clean but it wasn’t. I went to talk to the same receptionist , later a guy came up and brought a vacuum in my room. I ended up cleaning the floor. Disappointed. "

"I ABSOLUTELY loved my stayed here! Its right on the beach and you can walk to the pier if you want. Its alos close to great restaurants. The hotel is clean and the breakfast they serve is great! The only thing I didn't like was when I was taking a shower it would fill up, not fast but still. They need to clean the out the drains, but besides that it was AMAZING!"
