"Very easy and efficient check in and good rooms. However, the pool / spa area is not large enough for all of the guests to use comfortably."

"It was a beautiful hotel. Easy to check in and easy to check out. The only thing that I saw was there were no towels at the pool so we had to go back into the lobby to get some. And for three people they had just one tiny little soap and cream there wasn't enough. Breakfast was great it's just really was nice."

"This is a wonderful historic property with a great history. It is nostalgic and cozy. Do not expect ultra modern, but all the amenities for a lovely stay are available. The property is well kept and serene with indoor and outdoor spaces for dining. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful when needed. I wanted to extend my stay and the hotel staff made it happen when Expedia could not. The train to the Grand Canyon is accessible with just a short walk across the walkway. I have a service dog and he was treated like part of the family by the Spencer's Pub staff. Can't say enough about the quality service. I plan to return for more vacation time often. "
