"place is always great. elevetors nice. rooms nice bed is extra comfy. casino down below. food court is good, they have a fatburger which is great! pool open during winter but outside hottub is nice and hot but you gotta walk out in the cold. eveerything good though. hotel about 10 miles south on I25 of ABQ. "Found mold in bathroom. When you tried to shower the mixing valve for the shower was not working right so the water change from hot to cold without notice. PTAC didn't seem to work right with temperature and made a weird sound upon start up from the blower which woke me up. The exhaust for the bathroom didn't seem to work. Held piece of toilet paper to exhaust grille and it didn't hold. I have the knowledge of all this since I am a Mechanical Contractor who installs and works on these items. The whole experience made us cut our trip short and leave a day early. I have stayed at a lot of La Quinta's but never had such a experience before. "

"Hotel Albuquerque is a large, convention hotel, yet has quite a bit of charm in its lobby and other ground floor areas. Our room was functional, clean and had all of the amenities of this type of hotel. There is free valet parking staffed with friendly, go-the-extra-mile people. All staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. It is located in the "Old Town" area, near museums, attractions, and restaurants. I would stay here again."
