The complimentary breakfast and dinner were amazing and very much appreciated—it made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean, and all of the staff members we interacted with were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendliness really made a positive difference in our experience. The only small issue we noticed was that the walls near the hallway seemed a bit thin, and we could hear people walking by at times. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

"Second time here in the past year, and the second time they've completely screwed up charges, despite a very protracted and frustrating back and forth last year. I wanted to give them another chance as the Andaluz next door is nice, but loud from street noise, and the Parq Central was sold out. As a very frequent business traveler to Albuquerque I really wish these folks were even marginally competent, as the hotel is decent and unlike so many other properties in downtown ABQ it's actually quiet enough to sleep!"
