"Check in was a breeze and the front desk was STELLAR. Every time we passed, we were met with a hello and a smile. The hotel is in a fantastic location and breakfast was very good (lots of variety). "I just loved this hotel mainly for the location. We had a great view of the ice rink, fire pits. So quiet but plenty of things to do and see. I’d stay here again and again. Great staff, bar, beds. Not enough towels provided. No drawers for clothes. "

"We think either one of us should have been permitted to check in. It's never happened that only one of us could check in. We made the reservations together. We've been coming to KC off and on for the past 30 years and have stayed here when it was known as the Sheraton. We were disappointed with that. The pool and fitness center were really great! I really don't want to start a Peloton account, so pleased that I could bike without one. Our dog Barney really enjoyed his stay. The staff is so nice...

"I went here with two of my friends for a girl's night. This place is top-notch. Service is above and beyond. Rooms are a great size for three people. Big bathroom, we never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub area are great. You see people cleaning all day. This is my go-to hotel for the area. The breakfast was not great. It's pretty standard for any of these places. I thought made-to-order meant we got to sit down and order. But that's just if you want an omelet, which I am allergic...
