Perfect for our overnight stay to play at the sports pavilion that was conveniently right next door. Modern looking, nice and clean. Free breakfast was good and a nice variety.

Nice, new facility. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options and seating. Front staff was friendly. Room was not as clean as we would expect - smudges and hand prints all over the head boards, hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, shower glass not clean and there was something blue on the shower wall. We ended up using Clorox wipes and cleaning things up ourselves. The pool was also closed and no heads up was given. This was annoying as we book specifically for a pool so our kids have something to do after the 9 hour drive. We felt like we could have gotten an email, phone call or text message to notify us ahead of time. Overall, it was an ok hotel but we’ll look somewhere else next time.

Beautiful property! I would however suggest a full shower door vs trying the European half door which creates a wet floor and huge liability issue. It’s just slippery as hell.

I was walking my dog early in morning and didnt see sign how to open door. Clerk on duty came from back room to let me in and she acted like it was inconvenient for her and pointed out the sign. All other clerks were very friendly.

3rd time's the charm is what they told me at check in. The first room had a pillow that looked like it was peed on and the shower was filthy. The 2nd room had hair everywhere including under the covers and had sticky stuff on the table. The 3rd room was better but still had a gross shower and the bathroom door wouldn't close. No refund offers or genuine apologies.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Loved the swimming pool and fitness center. Staff was incredible - General manager Cynthia Zimmerman and Bobby Pleasant went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel when we visit family in Lawrence, KS
