This was a great beach-style hotel with a very nice staff. The room had a bit of a musty smell but it was sufficient in terms of bedding, appliances, and TV quality. It was hella cheap due to offseason pricing and very convenient to the beach. I would definitely stay again if something takes me to that part of the world!

Unfortunately this place is pretty run down despite efforts to make it look better in the pictures than it actually is. There where actually people in the downstairs units that look like they live there on a full time monthly basis. Overall I would say we wouldn't ever stay there again and regret doing so this time.

Very convenient location, 2 blocks to boardwalk and next to a superb doughnut shop. Cheap, clean--staff is very helpful and courteous, they work hard to keep building quiet and comfortable. I stayed a month and had no complaints.
