"I did not like the breakfast area. It was congested with many in the way of each other causing spills and heated reactions. Also the room could use some cleaning especially the bathroom. The van for transportation as a plus. The arrival of the bus should be coordinated with incoming flights. I was not aware that I had to call the hotel once I am in the area for pickup. It was quite noisy with banging closing doors.Perhaps you can add stops on the doors wherein they are not so noisy when...

"I enjoyed my stay; however, it was freezing rain and the front desk told me I was staying in tower one. When I went to open the door, it was being used for construction (which wasn’t mentioned at check-in) so I had to walk in the rain to the main entrance. "

"I liked the rooms, staff and common areas. I did not like the fact the continental breakfast mentioned was non-existent. Only the paid breakfast was available. Next I appreciated the ev charging onsite, but the lack of upkeep and maintenance of them is very obvious, since two out of four tesla chargers actually worked and most of the charging cables were either unraveled on the ground or laying over another charger next to the one it belongs with. "The staff looked and acted professional. Breakfast options included a few healthy options which I appreciated. I clean my rooms regardless and this was acceptable. Beds were OK. Noise levels were good. I'd stay there again."
