"Stayed here during my AZ roadtrip to national parks with my family. Hotel was definitely meeting my standards and surprised me for it being in a kind of rundown part of town. Staff was amazing and kind, made accommodations for us to room next door to our friends. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Right next to a great restaurant as well. Breakfast was a basic economy breakfast but still accomplished what it needed and got us on the road with full bellies. "

"Booked this on the way into Arizona after a long day of travel. Checked in around 10pm front desk was great. Informative on what was open still. The room was great for an overnight stay. The A/C was loud enough for me to sleep BUT when it went off it was silent! Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t horrible either. Sausage, egg, hash browns, waffle, yogurt toast cereal. Check out was easy. "

"I loved staying at the Thunderbird Lodge! The workers were friendly, effective and hard working. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the Cafeteria which had a great variety of food options and was open from 7 am to 8:45 pm. The banana pudding was quite delicious! The Trading Post offered beautiful Navajo made arts and crafts. My favorite thing was sitting in the shade outside of my room and listening to the breeze in the trees while doves cooed and sparrows flew in and out of their nests. It was so peaceful and enjoyable!"

"Even though we took the sunset tour in Monument Valley which ended about 8:15pm, we took pictures from the View Hotel and still made it to the hotel during daylight hours. "

"Great location if you need a place to stay after visiting Petrified Forest National Park! Clean, modern, breakfast included, friendly front desk staff. We ate at La Mesa just down the street, at the front desk’s recommendation, and it was excellent!"
