"Terrible place. Not only did I call about my daughter’s tablet that we left that they never found. But I can literally see the location, but the pool was closed our door was broken getting into the room itself, and breakfast cost a fortune. Heck with this place "

"Be sure to understand the early check in options. Process was confusing and the staff member was not particularly helpful or accommodating. When questioned about the inconsistencies, I was threatened with security. Definitelly a poor experience with check in. The staff has always been wonderful up until this year. "
