"The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some things were surprising though in a hotel of this quality - the curtains not being of sufficient quality to keep out any of the bright sunlight, the only way to turn on the fan was by climbing up on the bed, the tv remote not working. A bit disappointing in a hotel at this price point. "

"Been traveling around the Europe about 3 weeks, this is by far the best one we have stayed with given the similar price range we paid. Price is reasonable, room is clean, staff are very nice. I guess it is not within the city center, but the train service is convenient. So the location is not an issue to us. "

"Place is great for kids, with lots of activities and close to the beach. Most of the staff are very friendly, but usually only one working in the reception which can mean long waiting times. The place definitely needs to do better on cleanliness, one of the bed mattresses had blood stains. There are no fans or air conditioning so if you’re going during the heat prepare to be really hot and sweaty during the night. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin.
