"This was my second time staying at this property! I absolutely love that skiing is just a quick walk across the village, parking is in an underground garage, and everyone is so nice! One thing that they need to work on is remembering to change the sign for the highlands gondola up to the Ritz Carlton - a few times the sign said it was open and then after making the trek up, found out that it was closed. "

"The hotel was right next to Palisades ski resort which made it super convenient. Everything inside was clean and gave good home vibes. Minor things that didn't work were 2 light bulbs didn't work which was a little too dim inside"
