"Conveniently located close to city centre and restaurants. Rooms are not too small and are clean. The hotel is a reasonable value-for-money but is starting to look very tired and needs a refurbishment (eg the lift is not working properly, there’s rust in the bathroom etc.)."

"Good value for money. We had room with queen and a bunker for three of us. Also had a kitchenette within. Bathroom/Toilet was shared with one other room. Was very tidy, the best pillows n linen. Very centrally located. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was ok for the price and the Toilet and shower was clean. It seams the walls are made from carton as you can hear the people talking next door. I liked the stay but in Hamilton the City council made it really hard to find a spot for the car in the central, when the free parking from the hostel is booked out. So not cool Hamilton Council :( Thanks HH"

"Our stay was lovely. The resident house manager was such a warm and friendly host. We came down for a show and were kindly welcomed. Other guests were friendly and there were no issues. A clean, beautiful stay. And a darling kitty to top it off! "

"Room and bed comfortable but small with nowhere to put your things. Shower curtain was not wide or deep enough so water went all over the floor. Shower nice and hot. Kitchen a little chaotic in the evening with other guests not clearing up after them. "
