"Roomy, clean, great little kitchen, fantastic bed(s), awsome balcony, plenty of utensils, safe, stone throw to the water, 2 stone throws to cafes, shops, eateries etc, well maintained, attracts like minded holiday seekers, one of our best accommodation find out of 20 different places we've stayed over our 4 week stay in NZ, with our 2 kids, both islands!"
