"We had a 1 night stay in Puerto Plata and this hotel was amazing. The only thing I could say I didn’t like was that there is a club on the roof and you can hear everything in the rooms. That didn’t bother me as much though. Everything about this hotel was overall great. Clean, convenient, staff is nice, breakfast was great, the views are amazing. Everything is very local. "

"It is a nice quiet property on a gated street. Nikki the owner is very kind and speaks perfect English or Spanish. The tropical garden area is great. Great place for family fun. Not recommended for partying or being loud "

"No hot water. It would get less cold from time to time. It stopped mid shower on our last day. The air conditioner did help to cool the room down, but wasnt very strong. Ceiling fan also helped. We had a lizard that liked to run up the walls and ceiling. Beds were hard, so had some neck and back pain. I liked that there was a restaurant attached for convenience. The pool was also really nice! "
