"Air conditioning didnt work well"

"Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a comfortable layout with shampoos and body wash inside the shower. Though it was noisy at night due to the street noise of loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks going by since our room was on the street side. If there is anyway to lessen the noise from the street, the hotel should do it."

"This is a very nice hotel with easy access to downtown Cincy. The staff was great, and even though we had a rough checkin the staff made up for the issues and did a great job."
