"Our stay for my son's birthday was fantastic and the room was exceptional. It was great to be able to share the experience with my young grandchildren and for them to be very welcome. They especially enjoyed the pool. What we didn't like was the parking charges! The restaurants in the hotel were fully booked as we didn't prebook, so we went out for food. As we parked in the underground carpark we had to pay £13 to go out for food after only parking for 5 hours. We discovered the outside carpark...

"We warmly welcomed upon arrival. The gentleman who took our luggages to store before check in was very thorough in his suggestions on what to do for our 24 hour visit in the area. All the front staff were warm and that really made us want to come back to Bath. "

"The Coal Exchange is a unique hotel in a very convenient spot for Cardiff Bay. Steeped in history. Good value. Downside for us was room was very dark and whilst there was a dressing table there was no stool nor light so you couldnt use it... it was so dark in that part of our 3 people room ( 102) . There were also no extra pillows as you normally would have. Some of the staircases needed a good hoover and clean. Its such a lovely place just needs tlc and attention to those details that matter....

"The staff were phenomenal, Rachel, I believe her name was, was so welcoming the night we got there, so chatty and friendly, she made it seem like a home away from home, especially since we were so far away from home. The room was beautiful and so clean, I could’ve just lived in there forever, and the breakfast staff the morning after were so unbelievably kind, made sure we were well attended to, we definitely will be back next time we’re down there. I must say, the car park was slightly hard to...

"My husband and Inrecently had the pleasure of staying at Celtic Manor, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! The facilities were absolutely amazing, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The golf facilities were great too! The courses were beautifully maintained, offering a fantastic challenge for players of all levels....
