"Check in was difficult and needed an expensive phone call to get checked in. It was not staffed at any stage. The exterior is dimly lit and in a dark area so it was a little unnerving at night. The shower wasn't draining so I had to be careful not to flood the room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, the room was silent despite being between train lines and in the flight path of Hamburg airport. "

"No reception at the property, you have to call to get instructions on how to get in after arrival. Room was ok. Big plus for the proximity of the train station."

"Even though it is mentioned that towels are provided, they are not. There is a courtyard with a BBQ which is not working. There is a heater (!) in the shower, so unsafe. The neighbourhood around the establishment is very sketchy and I was afraid to walk to get to the establishment as well during the day as at night. All but one of the tenants only speak German."

"Leider ist ein Fehler aufgetreten und das Hostel hat nie eine Buchung erhalten. Somit mussten wir nach der ersten Nacht schon das Hotel wechseln. Die Besitzerin war sehr bemüht, trotz allen Schwierigkeiten unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie war jederzeit erreibar und hat für jedes Problem eine Lösung gefunden. Die kostenpflichtigen Handtücher waren leider dreckig und unser Doppelbett hatte einen riesen Spalt in der mitte. Sonst war alles top! Sehr schade, dass...

"sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer schlicht und sauber, Frühstück alles übliche da, aber jeden Tag das Gleiche, Parkplätze zu wenig vorhanden, Außenanlage ungepflegt, überall kleinere Mängel am Haus und in den Zimmern (Fliesenfugen, Möbelschubladen, Holzwände) für den Preis kann man aber darüber hinwegsehen. Ist ja nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken :-)"
