Staff were very uneven -- outstanding front desk, simply amazing; restaurant staff did not know what they were providing (after answering incorrectly, the manager -- at least I think she was... pink business suit -- argued with me sure she was right, then lapsed into "fake Thai" like she couldn't speak English anymore and merely repeated what she had said earlier "we have -- you order"). I have stayed here before, and I see where they have tried to upgrade their restaurant but...

"None whatsoever the receptionist have terrible attitude, actually I want to cancelled this at the so call hotel, checked in first room, sink was leaking real bad, move to second one, curtain unable to completely close, request maintenance to fix it, no worker on property , so I have to with Slide openly curtain. Very Difficult to get transportations, taxi or grab service don’t know to enter property, Avery bad experiences."
