"The public dorm rooms are actually really nice, offering a small kitchenette to cook for yourself and whichever friends from around the world you may meet. The Santoku is a little grocery store that's literally adjacent to the building, and everything else is actually within a good distance for walking too. I would come back in a heartbeat. "

"KOKO Hotel was a pleasant experience that’s strategically located between Kappabashi street and the Sensoji Temple. The area is filled with shops and eateries that can leave you with more than plenty to do in just the area alone. Access to local buses and transportation are within walking distance that can open you up to the vast city of Tokyo. The Japanese style room in KOKO Hotel was definitely a treat with the tatami mats. "This is so clean and great location area. There is a big bath tub and landry machine in room. So clean room. There is two subway station which is Yurakucho line "shintomicho" station and Hibiya line "Tsukiji" station. There is 24hour store front of the this hotel. I do recommend 3days or more. "

"It was a great experience for us, three adults and one 13yrs boy, staying this place for 4nights in Ikebukuro. It was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, 2 tv, big living room with 2 tables. The front desk was very nice letting us to have our relatives visiting us and letting us to extend more 2 hours of checking out paying extra 5000 yen, $40.-or so. "It was a really pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfectly located in between 2 big stations but away from all the busy touristy street. Has lots of food options as well as convenient store and supermarket. As it is around the residential area, there are lots of playground for kids. "

"The appartement was at a nice location. We walked to Akihabara every day (you could take the train, but we liked the walk there). The room was very spacious and had enough room for us to spend our last days and reorganize our suitcases with al the souvenirs we bought! The shower was very nice as well. "

"No receptionist at the front. However, you fill out a survey before getting there and just enter your code into IPAD to get your room information. Locks are unlocked with a code. Check out by scanning QR code. Stayed for 4 days there and did not have any trouble with the noise. At night is really quiet but fun is a 15 min walk away. Train station is walking distant. Will definitely stay here again. "

"A hidden Gem in Tokyo, we stayed here a bit randomly but it was honestly such a great stay. It’s deceptively in a great location. Just a block away from the train station. ( we could hear it slightly but it never bothered us) and super close to a Lawson we could be in Tokyo station in 10 minutes and Shinjuku on 25. Room was excellent with a washer/dryer available and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Many could help with me speaking English, and if needed they had a translator to...

Wonderful!

"First things first, the standard room is quite small. It worked ok for me because I did not have a lot of luggage. Now that size of the room is out of the way, lets talk about the experience itself! The location is excellent! This is what you are paying for. Very close to major train lines, great restaurants and walking distance to Tsukiji. More mellow at night compared to shibuya and shinjuku. The staff was helpful, the amenities were adequate. I especially appreciated the amenities shelf in the lobby where I could pick up some random things I needed like hair ties and bath salts haha. "
