"Great location, staff very welcoming and great to ask for recommendations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have great A/C. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel gives a complimentary tour to a Morano Glass Factory. You get to see a glass maker demonstrate glass making and get to see ahd hear about Murano Glass and have a chance to purchase if you desire. A particulatly helpful service is that a staff member will take your luggage and usher you to the water taxi pickup for the train station or airport.

The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed and was very helpful and informative. The roof top bar was nice, the perks the hotel has over to watch glass making was an awesome touch.
