"La persona de atención a clientes de reservaciones no nos quisó ayudar y no solo eso su actitud fue grosera. La reservación se hizo mal; sin embargo llamamos varias veces y ella simplemente dijo que no le correspondía, que no iba a cambiar la reservación y que no era su problema. Colgando el teléfono en dos ocasiones, sin poder argumentar o explicar. La verdad fue una experiencia desagradable en la que ella pudo ser empática, no estábamos solicitando el cambio gratis, no teníamos ninguna inconveniencia en pagar cargos o similares. Esta persona, que fue una mujer, SE NEGÓ ayudarnos, no porque no estaba en su capacidad sino porque no QUISÓ. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente y el personal que me atendió en el hotel fue muy atento y amable."
