This hotel was perfect right at the airport. Location was great! The staff was great and had excellent customer service! The rooms were super clean. A little on the expensive side, but worth the convenience of everything being very close to the airport! Highly recommend.

Ask a young lady at the front desk on my second night for a bottle of water. Which she responded that only one complementary water is given. I told her we were staying two nights. Which she responded that she would send a bottle. Not very kind was the response. We never received our water. Didn’t bother to ask again. Seem like they really didn’t want to give it.

Ask for a room far away from the lifts, we had to get up at 04.00 and we stayed in room 2057 which was next to and above the bar! It was like sleeping in a night club until 11.00 and noisy bar until 12.00 and a lounge bar the rest of the night as they didn’t stop the music!!! Next time I will stay at the Hilton T1 and get the Sky train to T2 in the morning …

If you have a long layover in Terminal 2 this is the place to stay. A little pricey but the convenience is worth it. Easy to find if you follow the signs for Hotel and know that the elevators are behind a white wall in the center of a large hallway (easy to miss, but the hotel sends clear instructions before check-in). The hotel restaruant's Italian food is not worth the money, but the rooms are clean and great wifi. Glad we stayed here for our 13-hour layover, it was definitely worth not having to take shuttle buses, taxis, etc.

We stay here frequently on our transits in Mexico City. Within the limitations of an airport hotel (you don't go there for your honeymoon), this place is stylish, the restaurant is surprisingly good, the rooms are spacious and the service is great. We stay here 4 to 6 times per year and have never been disappointed.
