"It is a beautiful place to stay, the staff are wonderful…. The pool hours should be the only change…. The pool really shouldn’t open until 10:30am or after check out time. "

"Front desk staff isn’t very friendly, but the guys at the parking lot are great. The shuttle driver gave us a ride to the concert venue when it was raining. The elevator takes forever and seems old. Other than that the room itself was nice. Bed is comfy. I’ve stayed here 3 times so far and will continue to as long as there’s openings for concerts at the Prudential Center. Overall very pleased for the price. "
