The property was nice and the room was comfortable and served the purpose. The front desk staff was great. The breakfast lady had a horrible attitude and the breakfast was also really basic and not tasty at all. Powdered eggs and fully cooked microwave bacon. Even the coffee was terrible to match the staff’s attitude. The cleaning lady was in the hallway for about an hour in the morning on her phone having a personal conversation. Totally disregarding if anyone was trying to get sleep. The physical accommodations were nice though but I probably would not stay here again.

Room was very clean, and staff were nice. What we feel could improve is the wifi signal. I couldn’t get any work done because the wifi was very slow and weak. Our sink and bathtub were also slightly clogged, which would be an improvement to be considered by the facility. Overall, 4/5 :)

We booked and prepaid a superior king room through Expedia. Upon check in we were given a double room. When I questioned it, I was told "you booked through Expedia". Not sure what that had to do with it. They then told us there were no king rooms available. Breakfast on Sunday was not available until 8:00 am. We had to leave at 7:00am for a flight so were not able to have it. We were at the hotel for less than 12 hours, so we were not able to take advantage of most of the amenities. Seems like a nice hotel, in a very nice area. There was some renovation going on, but it was quiet and clean.

I had a positive experience there. Property is clean and quiet. Staff accessibility needs improvement. It takes many tries to get the front desk by telephone. There is always traffic at the front desk. I recommend they have two staff on duty to create better customer service experience.

The location was convenient, accommodations were excellent. Breakfast???? Saturday had the best selection for the 7 days we were there. There was NO coffee or juice avaliable during the day and evening: no milk or creamer for 5 days. We've been here 3x, this was the first time food was a problem
