We enjoyed the old vs modern vibe of the hotel. The staff were all great from the doormen/bellmen to the front desk. At the front desk was June, outstanding. She was a long time employee and went out of her way to offer us an upgrade. It was decadent! Great location and we walked everywhere. Would stay again and recommend.

Loved the location and the staff were all fantastic. They were so helpful and made sure our needs were taken care of immediately. They all greeted us with a smile and were sincere in their providing of service. The hotel however, seems dated and in need of an overhaul. That would make your establishment rise to a platinum level!

Dark and dreary room badly in need of a renovation. Not even a coffee machine let alone proper lighting. Totally not worth the price. Also asked for an extra 1 hour at checkout and they could only accommodate 30 minutes without there being an extra charge. I mean….really? Won’t be staying here again.
