"The waiters were very rude, they kept making fun of what we ate and thought we didn't speak English and they told bad jokes to each other, I don't know if it was racism, it could have been incredible but we really felt sad because we went there to relax and de-stress and it was the opposite. The only thing I would like is that they train the staff more, and try to maintain a standard of supervising the cleaning, my 5 year old son found a dirty and stiff sock under the bed and there was hair in the bed and bathtub, we thought that because it was a 4 star hotel everything would be different. We were kind all the time, it was unfortunate that the waiters were not."

"We had a room on the top floor, right outside the elevator, so I fully expected a lot of foot traffic. Luckily, we didn't hear much at all. Even the street noise was tolerable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The area is very walkable with plenty of food options to avoid driving in the city. I was a little concerned about our 420 imbibing in the back alley due to the houseless, but we had no negative encounters and felt very safe."
