Umat was very friendly, helpful and kind. Didn't push for anything but made sure we had good options for the activities we wanted to do and very good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Fairy chimney room was awesome. Little tight on space but has all modern amenities inside while preserving the ancient feeling. Thanks Umat for everything, you made our trip a great experience. We will definitely meet again.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is when doing the daily cleaning to run a dust mop over the floor. Being like a cave, little bits fall on the floor that could be easily swept up with dust mop. The employees were all friendly and gave good recommendations and set us up on a great tour!

Our stay at Paradise Cappadocia was perfect. The room was well taken care of, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is varied a with plenty of tasty options. We loved hanging out on the roof terrace where we enjoyed having drinks in front of the fire place. The owner and his staff are very kind and friendly, always available for giving recommendations. We’ll always have a good memory of this place.

Service was amazing! Thanks to Noah particularly, he's been really helpful. All the team was present and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We were with our baby and we felt welcome. Unfortunately there's no AC and no fridge in the room. It was really hot and humid. I would definitely return to this place. Thanks!

Staff & property's location & features made our stay a pleasant & memorable one. Perhaps one area of improvement to be considered is the starting time of breakfast be earlier, let's say 7.30 instead of 8.30. The ending time can be brought forward to be fair to staff's work load & the hotel owners' cost. Earlier start also means that travellers can move on to their day's plan in cooler weather as the heat increases as the day progress.

Lovely hotel
Great little hotel. Received a very warm welcome. We left our car on the main road & walked up to the hotel & were directed to where we could park almost opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel room was comfortable, although our room would of benefited from blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast was good. The terrace was great, you could watch the balloons from it

Great location and service was good but we didn’t stay for the full time we booked as we couldn’t sleep as the room was an oven. Temperatures were higher than normal, room didn’t have aircon so it was so hot. They provided a fan but all it did was blow hot air around. We slept with the door wide open and the window open but it was still incredibly hot. So if you are not used to very hot room temperatures, stay somewhere else. They did offer upgrade us but we didn’t feel a different room was going to be better.

Standart odada kaldik. Konum cok iyi restaurantlara, Goreme acik hava muzesine yurume mesafesinde. Odanin temizligi guzeldi. Odamiz kucuktu ama standart odaydi zaten fotograflardaki gibiydi. Isitma yetersizdi ama battaniye istedigimizde hemen yardimci oldular ve üşümedik. Acik bufe kahvaltisi bizim icin guzel ve yeterliydi, cok et urunu yoktu ama biz tercih etmedigimiz icin bizim icin sorun olmadi. Terasta ates yakilmasi keyifliydi aksam otururken ve sabah balon izlerken isinma sorunumuz olmadi. Genel olarak memnun kaldik.

Balonları izlemek için güzel bir konum
Otelin konumu Göreme otogara çok yakın ve yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otelin terası balonları izlemek için çok güzel bir konumdaydı. Otel kahvaltısı hem çok lezzetli hem de çok çeşitliydi. Otel çalışanı İsmail bey bizimle çok ilgilendi, bölgede yapabileceğimiz turlar ve mekanlar ile ilgili çok açıklayıcı bilgiler verdi. Otel girişimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen sabah erken saatte oda müsaitliğimiz olduğu için otele erken giriş yapabildik. Çok memnun kaldık, tavsiye ediyoruz. İsmail beye de çok teşekkür ederiz…
