"Loved the room - very modern and clean. The restaurant and bar were excellent - this was not a cruise; the ship was moored for a big conference in Dusseldorf. The bus we used to get to the conference was very nice & took us straight to the ship. The only negative was the walkway to get to the ship - it was very muddy and slippery (not really the ship operator's fault)."

"The hotel wasn't what I expected. Location is excellent but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. You have to go to reception for a hot drink which I find ridiculous. You can find cheap kettles on the market so every room should have one. I was disappointed. "
