"This hotel was in a great location close to the train station and one of the Christmas Markets, which was the purpose of our trip. It's also just a few doors down from a supermarket. Hotel was clean, breakfast (not included) was great, and lobby was spacious (hubby hung out here while waiting for me to wake up). Also had plenty of outdoor space, especially for a city hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab, nur im Bad gab es einen kleinen Eimer. Only a couple of small niggles - no tea and coffee facilities in the room and it was slightly noisy at night time on Friday and Saturday. But that didn't detract from a very pleasant stay."

"A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !"

"This was my third stay at this hotel and again I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I would say is that the decor in the rooms is a bit tired and faded and needs updating. But I would very much recommend this hotel. "

"I really loved my stay here and the restaurant on the roof is lovely. There is construction work outside which is annoying but it's not the fault of the hotel. The rooms are great and there are lots of quirky characteristics to the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it."
