"The unit is perfect when staying in Iloilo City. It is accessible since the location is at Megaworld Boulevard, making the commuting experience so easy. The unit itself is also very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were all good, the unit had an electric stove, refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. "be careful booking in expedia because they don’t honor the payment made in expedia. someone from california is gong to call you to make a payment in 3rd party app. what is the point of allowing payment in expedia when you won’t honor it. on check-in they tried putting us in a different unit from the ones we booked and have to go back and forth with the screenshots from expedia which is ridiculous. i would never come back or recommend it to my friends. "This Trip was not such a pleasant one and it was made terrible by this hotel. All false advertising. There was a pool Advertised which was what my kids were looking forward to. But they only informed us when we checked in already that there was. Pool and now it's in disarray and has not been repaired..no security only on the ground level and outsiders easily walk in and out of the plAce. Delapidated facilities. And made worse by the smell of raw sewage seeping thru the floors. "
