"Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave. The only saving grace was the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for the dreadful conditions. I would never stay here again. Avoid this place unless...

"Small hostel in a great location. The owners are super nice and booked our canyoneering tour for us, and rented us snorkels for our whole stay. The room was nice enough, no frills but good for what we needed. The shared bathroom was not great though, and could do with some attention. The sliding front door was also very stiff and awkward to use, which was a bit annoying. "The hostel is comfortable, affordable and very quiet. They can book tours in the area for you with very good prices. They also have free shuttles to/from the beach Staff is amazing and very friendly!"

"I Liked the Quiet relaxing environment, HOWEVER, As Someome who easily gets Sunburns, I wish I would've Offered A/C. Also dont Buy Alcoholic beverage there when you can get better ones at the store down the street for a 3rd of the price"
