"The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it.
