When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if to say "It's the customer's fault. The shouldn't have trusted us." Guess what, you're right. "Stayed one night with friends touring Portugal. Stayed here about 15 years ago and it hasn’t changed a bit. Location is great, short walk to down centre. Plenty of parking and set in large open space. Staff are very friendly and efficient, with a quick and easy check in. I wouldn’t want to stay a week but for a night or two it’s completely acceptable. "
