Good boutique hotel in the heart of Sydney CBD. I could smell the bleach they used to disinfect the room before I arrived (could be a or a -).
Would stay again in the future.

The property is in a great location less than 5 minutes walk to Darling Harbour.
The sheets and bed were of a high quality but the rooms were not. The first room we were put in (108) had a terrible smell and was very worn. We asked to be moved and were given a room on the same floor (108) which was just as bad. We said it was totally unacceptable as I was then feeling nauseous and had a headache but we were told they were fully booked. The receptionist tried ringing their other hotels but also booked so we had to stay one night. She said they would move us next day which they did. 16th floor was much better but room still very tired. I was told we’d get compensation but all I was given was a little pack of chocolate biscuits. I couldn’t speak to management and never heard from them. Will never stay there again!
