We had stayed at this hotel several times and the rooms were always really big. This time they put us in a small room. Desk was all chipped, bed frame was in bad condition as well. The bathroom counter was so small that I couldn’t put my make up bag on it. I looked for a hair drier and it was in the desk’s drawer, because there was no space in the bathroom. My husband and I got our nose plugged as soon as we entered the room. Something triggered our allergies. We will not be staying at this hotel again! The hotel rooms need to be updated! As a positive comment, staff was very nice!

Check in was easy however the Wi-Fi kept freezing. The pull out sofa bed felt as if u were sleeping on the rails. The pillows were super flat. Didn’t enjoy sleeping the whole stay

Clean and wonderful staff. The rooms are configured odd so our kids couldn’t watch tv from the sofa bed unless they were in our bed in the double suite but we made it work. Parking is always not fun in Chi but it was close to our parking garage.Breakfast was great and lobby is well designed.

Super convenient location between downtown tourist attractions and shopping on north Michigan Ave. Siena Tavern across the street has amazing Italian and would highly recommend a visit. Warning - valet parking is only valid until 4pm on the day of checkout and the staff neglected to warn me about this so when I retrieved my car after dinner I was charged an extra $50. I wish I would've known and could've reparked my car somewhere for way less. The valet company is run separately and they had no authority to adjust this cost (and frankly were pretty rude to me during this). Very frustrating.
