"The property is beautiful frm the front door to your room to the small pool and beach in the back. Beach looks almost right at the cruise ships butnifnyou look strqight and to the left it is veautiful. Bery small area formwatersports bit perfect for families with small kids. the bed and pillows were super comfrortable, and the shower was divine only disappointment was a surprise $35 resort fee which was not disclosed, or i missed during my expedia booking."

"Overall, the property was nice, and the rooms were excellent accommodations. However, the staff was really hit and miss. Some were fantastic, and some were terrible. The bartenders at the pool bars often ignored guest and you could wait for minutes to get any service at all. We were with a group and one afternoon went to an outdoor lunch spot....we moved a couple of tables together and they were extremely rude telling us to leave. The piano bar was fun."

"The room was clean and big enough for my needs. One major problem was discovered when I tried to take a shower before checking out. The knobs to adjust the water flow, essentially the hot water, did not work properly. This prevented me from taking a much anticipated shower before continuing my trip. It was detected too late to get fixed before I checked out."
